A. Returns of Defective Products

B. Returns of Faulty Products

In case of any incorrect product shipment, which is due to finesse.com.gr, the incorrect products are returned by the consumer-customer within the exclusive period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product and the return costs are borne by finesse .com.gr, which must send to the customer the correctly ordered products-merchandise, after the control carried out by finesse.com.gr regarding the completeness of the condition of the product upon its receipt by the company. The customer only has to keep the product in excellent condition, completely untouched, its packaging intact and including the original contents and any accompanying material (thank you cards, labels, etc.). C. Returns of Non-Defective Products – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation of the Order by the Consumer

Canceling or modifying your order is only possible when it is marked “Pending” in your order history. In this case you can cancel or modify your order by sending a message to the special contact form on our website or to info@finesse.com.gr.

In any other case, order status “Processing” or “Completed” your order has been transferred to the production department since all Finesse products are produced after the creation of your order.

You may withdraw from the purchase contract and return non-defective products if and as long as:
